Executive Director
Jeff Hanley
Jeff Hanley serves as the Executive Director of the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance, a statewide nonprofit that supports prevention professionals in reducing substance misuse and risk related behaviors. After graduating from the University of Mount Union (Ohio), Jeff began working in the nonprofit sector with the American Red Cross. After the Red Cross, he spent 14 years at the Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, as a prevention specialist and supervisor. Jeff and his wife Carrie (Director, Healthcare-Associated Infection Prevention Division at the PA Department of Health) reside in State College, PA.
In 2024, Jeff was named Advocate of the Year by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA)!

Executive Director
Jesse Kohler
Serving as CTIPP’s Executive Director on loan, Jesse is in charge of organizational administration and HR, fundraising, strategic planning, public engagements, and working to create conditions of safety and empowerment for the board, staff, and volunteers in their roles with the organization.
Jesse is on loan from The Change Campaign, which is a nonprofit organization Jesse founded. The Change Campaign is a multi-pronged initiative to build community and systemic capacity by facilitating the application of the science of developmental adversity and its progression through the lifespan and generations to enable initiatives that improve holistic well-being and provide strategic support to government agencies and organizations focused in aligned areas. Above all else, Jesse has always had a strong vision for change that would make our world a better place for all.

PA Stop & PA Start Coordinator
Kristina Jeanty, LSW
Kristina Jeanty currently serves as the Project Director of Joining Forces for Prevention at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. In her role, Kristina oversees a cross-sector community partnership in Lancaster County focused on reducing youth substance use. This partnership includes tested and effective prevention interventions across the individual, family, and community domains.
She holds a Master degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. As a Licensed Social Worker, she has extensive experience in the community with direct service, program development, implementation, and evaluation. Kristina volunteers her time serving as a DEI Ambassador and a CPA Board Member.

Aaron Weiner, PhD
Aaron Weiner, PhD, is a bard-certified psychologist and a past president of the Society of Addiction Psychology. He is a clinican, author, consultant, and national speaker on issues related to addiction prevention, treatment, and public health policy.
